| • TorrentWay team reserves the right to remove any torrent, comment, forum post, avatar, user info, etc... without notice.
• Do NOT attempt to use this website to spread controversial material. Any material thought to be harmful will be removed without notice.
• Please refrain from using this site for political propaganda.
• Keep your overall ratio at or above 1.0 at all times!
• Do not defy the moderators expressed wishes!
• If something you have posted has been removed and you wish to know the reason, a simple PM will get you the answer, NOT flaming the forums or torrent comments.
• If you have posted a torrent from another Islamic torrents site, please give credit to that site by stating which torrent site you have retrieved it from.
• Please don't use cheat mods, or RatioHacker/RatioMaker. We have scripts embedded within the tracker that can highlight anomilies, and alert staff. So far, most of our cheaters have received warnings, and have their upload reset to ZERO. We are constantly refining the scripts to spot the new mods appearing, and we have trained administrators who can recognise when someone is cheating. This practice is unneccessary, ratio cheating serves no purposes anyway. We have only disabled members for Hit & Running, and Cheating.
• Please also note that we don't allow duplicate IP accounts. If you need a duplicate IP account, such as a family member/friend using the same PC for their account, please speak to the staff first, explaining why you need a dupliacte account. Any duplicate accounts created without the knowledge of the staff will be disabled. |

| • Minimum Age: You must be at least 14 years old to participate in this community.
• Personal Attacks: Personal attacks not allowed. "Personal attacks" are defined as comments that reflect upon a person instead of their opinion. Hate speech, harsh personal insults, and epithets directed against any race, religion, ethnic origin, gender or sexual preference -- are not allowed even if disguised with asterisks or other text and characters.
• Disruptive Behavior: Please stay on topic and restrict your comments to the subject at hand. Refrain from "spamming," or "flooding" or the repeated posting of the same message over and over. You may not transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, sexually explicit, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech will not be tolerated.
• Personal Information: You may not share any personal information or information about others -- phone numbers, e-mail, home address, passwords, etc.-- with others on the site. Any such message board posts will be removed without comment. Chat participants may be restricted from using the chat system. This is for your protection! No speculation about the identity of other participants is permitted. You may not attempt to harvest or collect member information including, but not limited to, Public Display Names, passwords, or e-mail addresses.
• Advertising & Commercial Purposes: No advertising of any kind, including those for non-profit organizations, is permitted. Torrentway may not be used for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation. You may not post links for any type of affiliate program with referrer IDs.
• Linking Policy: Please be careful clicking hyperlinks. You use the Internet at your own risk and ISLAM.TO cannot be responsible for the content and conduct you may encounter.
• Images: You may not use our community to distribute, facilitate to distribute, or direct link to any content that solicits for exchange, sale or purchase of sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to minors; including, but not limited to, any photograph, film, video, or picture or computer generated image or picture (actual or simulated.)
• Copyrighted Material: No copyrighted material is allowed. Please use links instead of quotes. You may not use our community to distribute, facilitate distribution, or direct link to any content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or other proprietary rights.
• Format: No oversize fonts, JavaScript, tables, headings or other advanced HTML commands are allowed. Please use only bold and italics to emphasize your points on the message board.
• Malware, Hacking, & Cracking: You may not post, distribute, or link to software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to capture information, interrupt, destroy, and/or limit the functionality of any computer software and/or hardware or telecommunications equipment. You may not attempt to circumvent any security features and/or exploit any weaknesses in computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Collection Of Information: You may not attempt to copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, harvest, or collect posts or member information (including, but not limited to, Public Display Names, passwords, or e-mail addresses.)
• Illegal Behavior: The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior in Torrentway. We cooperate with law enforcement on such matters.
• Proper Online Conduct: Online conduct should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. You will be considered in violation of the Message Board Guidelines and Rules if you violate any of the standards outlined above.
• No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
• No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
• No links to warez or crack sites in the forums.
• No serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks in the forums.
• No requesting if the release is over 7 days old.
• No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted.)
• No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last postin the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.
• Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section! |

| • Please attached This File Info with every upload.
• External Torrents from private trackers that require registration on a site to download are not allowed.
• All releases must include a description.
• Include a .nfo or .txt file wherever possible.
• Include a .jpg, .gif or .png image file wherever possible, or you can insert a url image in the description box.
• Try to make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 48 hours.
• The Download System is Based on Torrent Downloading So Please Seed your file to at least 1:1.
• Do not re-release material that is still active.
• The ratio system is in place to prevent hit and running.
• Torrents will be deleted from the site after 90 days as long as there is no seeder or leacher. |
